Cervera Grants for Technology Centres
Aid for the execution of cooperative strategic research, development and innovation programmes developed by Technology Centres and/or Innovation Support Centres at the national level, focusing on one of the Cervera priority technologies.
Groups of Technology Centres and Innovation Support Centres at the national level recorded in the Registry of Technology Centres.
Groups must consist of between three and five entities.
The coordinating entity of the group must be a Technology Centre.
Each centre may submit up to three applications (one as coordinator).
They must be Technology Centres and Technology Innovation Support Centres of national scope recorded in the registry of centres created by Royal Decree 2093/2008 of 19 December.

Grant
€40,000,000
Grants of up to 100% of the strategic programme presented by the group.
Minimum budget requested: €2,000,000. The minimum eligible budget is €1,700,000.
Maximum budget requested: €4,000,000.
The strategic programme will last for three years, from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2022.
Only non-economic activities will be supported.
Group members' participation must be balanced, with the coordinator not exceeding 50% of the requested budget and the partners' participation between 15% and 35% of the requested budget.
Cervera grants for Technology Centers will only finance non-economic R+D+I activities.
Beneficiaries must comply with what is specified in Annex I, points 1 and 2 , of Order CNU/320/2019 of March 13 (order of bases) in relation to the definition and conditions of research and knowledge dissemination organizations, as well as point 3 of the aforementioned annex on the realization of non-economic and economic activities.

Non-economic R&D activities in one of the Cervera priority technologies will be supported through a three-year strategic programme.
Eligible costs include: staff; acquisition, rental, leasing, maintenance, repair and depreciation of tangible assets; purchase of consumables, supplies and similar products; acquisition of intangible assets; applications for industrial and intellectual property rights and other costs of maintaining them; contractual research, knowledge and patents acquired; support and advice on innovation; other costs relating to advice, studies, dissemination and publicity; publication and dissemination of study results; training of staff involved in the action; fees to national and international scientific societies; registration to congresses, seminars, conferences, technical seminars and similar; use and access to Unique Scientific and Technical Infrastructure and large scientific facilities; and costs arising from an auditor's report, up to a limit of €3000 per year.
All costs must be associated with the activities proposed in the strategic programme.
