Expressions of interest regarding participation in the potential Important Project of Common European Interest (IPCEI) in Health under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan
Call for expressions of interest in order to identify Spanish companies that may participate in a potential Important Project of Common European Interest (IPCEI) in Health and in future calls for applications to fund said participation.
Spanish companies
Be validly constituted when submitting their application for support under this call for applications.
Have a tax domicile or permanent establishment in Spain.
Call for Expressions of Interest
The submission period for expressions of interest will begin on 6 June and end on 24 June 2022 at 12:00 Spanish peninsular time, with a possible extension from 29 June to 1 July 2022 until 12:00.
Both the report and the annexes must be submitted in English (with the sole exception of the declaration of responsibility, which must follow the model included in the report). The report may be no more than 35 pages. Reports that exceed the established limit will not be considered for analysis.
Applicants will submit a single expression of interest, which may include other entities as partners. Subcontracting shall not be considered as effective collaboration.
The selection of the applications does not in any case generate right of access to potential funding to carry out the objectives that the Administration may make available through a call for applications, nor any obligation on the part of the Administration.
Companies whose applications are selected must be integrated into a collaborative scheme with national and other Member State partners and engage in a State aid notification process to the European Commission, coordinated among all participating Member States. To this end, companies should cooperate with the national authorities in this process by providing the necessary documentation and information.
Expressions of interest must include the documentation listed below (the file formats accepted for all documentation are those corresponding to the following extensions: pdf, rtf, txt, doc and xls, and they must be under 3 MB in size).
- 1. Expression of interest report, in line with the format and minimum content rules reflected in the model in Annex 2 of this document.
- 2. Two annexes to the report, in line with the format and minimum content rules reflected in the model in Annex 2 of this document.
- 3. Declaration of responsibility of the entity's compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016 of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation) and of not being subject to non-EU legislation on data protection, in line with the format of the model in Annex 3 of this document.
- 4. The applicant company's deeds of incorporation.
This call is included among the actions covered by the National Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, which will receive funding from Next Generation EU funds, including the Recovery and Resilience Facility.
Actions which directly or indirectly cause significant harm to the environment (DNSH principle) or which are aimed at increasing the efficiency of fossil fuels are not eligible for future support.
Aid will be considered to have an incentive effect if the beneficiary has submitted their application to the call before starting activities.
