Spanish companies participating in the r & D projects approved in the competitive international callKSSP 2023(Korea Spain Strategic Programme) and therefore received the international certificate (Approval Letter).

Will begin on 3 july 2023 and end on 21 july 2023, 12:00 hours (peninsular time). Application individually and separately for each beneficiary form duly completed and submitted in advanceelectronicthe CDTI.

Resolved.

The amount of aid, r & D projects is determined by the eligible cost real project, the characteristics of the beneficiary and the budgetary availability, in accordance with the following limits maximum intensity set out in article 25 of the general regulations for exemption by category.
a. For pilot projects: 25 per cent of qualified costs of the project.
(b. For industrial research projects: 50 per cent of qualified costs of the project.
The intensity of aid may be increased to a maximum of 80 per cent of qualified costs of project:
a. in 10 percentage points in the case of the medium-sized businesses and 20 percentage points in the case of small businesses;
b. in 15 percentage points if one of the following conditions:
(i) That the project involves effective collaboration:
– between companies, at least one of which is an sme, or to develop in at least two member states of the European Union, or in a member state and in a contracting party to the agreement of the european economic area, and that no company run alone with over 70 per cent of qualified costs, or
– between a company and one or several agencies of research and dissemination of knowledge, shares these at least 10% of qualified costs and have the right to publish the results of its own investigation.
ii. The project's results were widely disseminated through conferences, publications, databases, free access or free software and open source.

Activitiesindustrial research and/or development pilot projectaccording to the definitions contained in theGeneral Regulations for exemption by category.

Starting date of the project: 01/09/2023

Minimum budget 175,000 affordable. the maximum eligible budget may not exceed the total amount of the budget of the participant in the project as presented in the international call KSSP 2023.En the case of discrepancies between the budget contained in the application (electronic CDTI) and the project's technical memory, then the budget of the request.

The perception of aid will be:
- compatible with the receipt of any other help for the same purpose, from any public administrations or public or private bodies with nationals except they exceed the maximum aid intensities applicable in the community rules.
- incompatible with any other emergency assistance for the same purpose from eu funds.
The amount of subsidies in no case may be that amount, in isolation or concurrently with other subsidies, subsidies, income or resources, exceeds the cost of the activity subsidized.

Proceeds

• Amortization costs of equipment and purchase cost of expendable material.
• Technical win (up to 50 per cent of total budget financed). If the amount is superior to €15,000, submission of tenders or report three single-source. If the amount is 20% of the total amount of subsidy and this amount in excess of €60,000, submission of written contract and prior authorization of the licensor Body; it cannot be contracted out with the same entities that are members of the international consortium.
• Non-technical win (up to 8,000 €per project).
• Travel costs arising directly from the project (maximum 8,000 €per project). They are not eligible for maintenance.
• Other expenditure: expenditure of the report of the auditor (up to 2,000 euros per year).
• Overhead (direct costs). The system automatically calculated in the online application form of CDTI as a percentage of the cost of staff charged to proyecto. the maximum amount that may charged as indirect costs may not exceed 25 per cent of actual costs of project staff, as long as this maximum amount not exceeding 20 per cent of the total cost of the project.

• Companies cannot have debts for recovery of loans or subsidies with the administration and cannot be subject to a recovery order pending the european commission.
• Companies cannot be in crisis, as defined in article 2, paragraph 18 of the General regulations for exemption by category.
• Companies who commits one of the circumstances described in article 13 of the law 38/2003 of 17 november, General subsidies.
• Only considered those requests submitted made in good time to include both the application form as the report of the project, whose absence or lack of content determine the inadmissibility of the request.
• All documentation contribution should be submitted in spanish.
