The initiative of Pre-Commercial Public Purchase for the development of solutions for the monitoring of the quality of surface water
On 29 january 2021 was published in the official journal of the european union (DOUE) thepublic procurement bidding for the pre-commercial software solutions for monitoring the quality of surface water.This initiative aims at the validation of a warning network on water quality low cost and high efficiency in the spanish part of the demarcation of the Duero.
On 1 february 2021 was published in the solicitation documents the beijing platform for Recruitment of the public Sector (PLACSP). The following link to this publication:

The public act of opening of tenders economic took place on 21 february 2021. The Contracting authority awarded contracts on 25 may 2021.
Stages
Phase I started by the following companies:
- UTE AQUACORP SL-XERIDIA SL.Amount: 30,000 €+ vat. Duration: junio-septiembre 2021
- ARQUIMEA AEROSPACE, DEFENCE AND SECURITY. Amount: 30,000 €+ vat. Duration: junio-septiembre 2021
- UTE INDRA SOLUTIONS FROM THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SLU (MINSAIT) -EMPRESA MUNICIPAL DE AGUAS DE LA CORUÑA SA (EMALCSA). Amount: 30,000 €+ vat. Duration: junio-septiembre 2021
Completed phase I, according to the implementation timetable, the corresponding certificates and the resolution phase change.
The contracting companies of phase II (september - september 2021 2022) were as follows:
- UTE AQUACORP SL-XERIDIA SL.Important Phase II: 1,200,000 €+ vat.
- ARQUIMEA AEROSPACE, DEFENCE AND SECURITY. Important Phase II: 1.15 million €+ vat.
The certification of phase II ended in september 2002, as planned, allowing both contractors continue validating your prototypes up to the conclusion of contracts (31 march 2023):
- UTE AQUACORP SL-XERIDIA SL. Important Phase III: 750,000 €+ vat.
- ARQUIMEA AEROSPACE, DEFENCE AND SECURITY. Importe Fase III: 500.000 € + IVA.
The implementation of the contract was completed in march 2023, under established deadlines in the contract conditions.
