This evaluation report is the last phase of the impact assessment study of the system of aid of r & D projects of CDTI. The ultimate objective of the evaluation is to provide evidence of both the direct impacts (additionality of resources, additionality and additionality of conduct) and indirect impacts (externalities, collaborations, etc.) of state aid granted by the CDTI to spanish companies, as well as proportionality and suitability of the support system.
