In september Innvierte allocates eur 2.7 million to four new coinversiones in risk capital

• These operations, undertaken in technology-based enterprises or innovative, are aimed at the development of a platform software that generates synthetic data 3D scenario hifi, for advanced systems; the production of a layer of software infrastructure for insurers, reinsurers, MGAs and agents of management, among others; the development of a technological platform of digital assistance interact surgeons and medical specialists in real time; and the production of a medical device, which allows part in real time to distinguish between a real pretérmino childbirth and a threat false
• Since january 2023 the CDTI Innovation through Innvierte has joint investment rounds in 39 companies with a contribution of 48,17 millions of euros

The CDTI Innovation, sponsor and sole shareholder of society Innvierte, has closed 4 operations during the last september, in the amount of 2,747,000 euros, in particular:

• ANYVERSE, S.L. develop a software platform for the generation of synthetic data 3D scenario hifi, usable in the design, training and validation of advanced systems based on artificial intelligence. Investment is done with Bullnet Capital III SCR Smes, S.A. and the input of CDTI Innovation is €700,000.
  
• INARI-ENSO, S.L.offers a layer of software infrastructure for insurers, reinsurers, management, MGAs and trade unions of Lloyd's Investment is done with CRITERIA CAPITAL RISC S.G.E.I.C., S.A. and the input of CDTI Innovation is of 1,250,000 euros.
  
• ZERINTIA HEALTHTECH, S.L.there is a technological platform of digital assistance, integrating all medical equipment and devices to interact, surgeons and medical specialists in real time. The investment is done with BIO & TECH SMART CAPITAL F.C.R.E. (NOSO CAPITAL) and the input of CDTI Innovation is 500,000 euros.
  
• ULTRASOUND-INNOVATION MEDTECH, S.L.is developing a part of the medical diagnosis, FINEBIRHT, which makes it possible in real time to distinguish between a real pretérmino childbirth and a threat false, using the waves twisting and artificial intelligence. Investment is done with NARA HEALTH CAPITAL I, F.C.R. and the input of CDTI Innovation is €297.

Since january 2023 the CDTI Innovation through Innvierte has closed operations, joint investment in 39 companies with a contribution of 48,17 million euros.

Innvierte

Innvierte is an initiative aimed at promoting the entrepreneurial innovation through support to the risk capital investment in technology-based enterprises or innovative programme. This is done through the collective investment type closed Innvierte Sustainable Economy SICC S.M.E., S.A., self-managed and under the supervision of the national Values and that the CDTI Innovation is a shareholder Only.

To date, the CDTI Innovation, through Innvierte, has committed more than 390 M €in 20 investment vehicles that have invested in more than 240 companies, and through its joint investment line directly committed an amount of over 300 M €in more than 120 companies.

Innvierte fits into the strategy for science, technology and innovation 2021-2027, adopted by decision of the council of ministers, in september. This 2020 Strategy contains goals, the reforms and measures to be taken throughout the area of r + D + i in order to boost their growth and impact, and is one of the pillars on which the design of the government's policy in r + D + i for the coming years.

The centre for technological development and innovation, E.P.E. (CDTI), sponsor and sole shareholder of society Innvierte, is an entity under the ministry of Science and innovation.
