The CDTI Innovation reinforces technological cooperation with Morocco in ICT technologies applied to logistics and agritech
Today is being held in Rabat (Morocco) la jornada Innovation Marruecos-españa dialogue: ict in logistics and agritech, in which representatives of moroccan and spanish institutions are introducing technological capacities of both countries in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT) and its many applications in sectors such as logistics and agriculture, in this case to facilitate performance and efficiency
At the opening have participated: Ghita Mezzour, minister of the transition Numerical and of the reform of the Administación of morocco; Ricardo Díez-hochleitner Rodríguez, ambassador of spain to Morocco; Sidi Mohammed DRISSI MELYANI, Director-General of the Digital Development agency of morocco (ADD); Brahim Ouamane, Director of the Digital Eco-ADD and Javier Ponce, Director General of the CDTI Innovation.
Thiseventit is being held within the framework of the memorandum of understanding signed by theCDTI InnovationandDigital development agency (ADD)in Morocco last april and has among its main aims to identify potential innovative Areas that may be established technology alliances between spain and morocco; encourage groups that promote the development of innovative projects and talent in digital technologies between the two countries and to obtain a greater knowledge of both digital ecosystems.
The Digital development agency (ADD), under the ministry responsible for the transition and Administrative Reform, is responsible for implementing the strategy in the field of digital development and promote the dissemination of digital tools and the development of its use among citizens.
During this time, experts from different areas involved in the two panels: Current situation of entrepreneurship and innovation and incentives to invest in innovation.
In addition, managers of companies in spain and morocco have mentioned cases of Success in the sectors agritech and logistics.
CDTIInnovation
The CDTI innovation is the agency of the ministry of science and innovation that supports innovation based on knowledge, advice and providing public funding for innovation through subsidies or aid partly refundable for innovation and managing public procurement precommercial. Through the initiative Innvierte Sustainable Economy, in addition, the CDTI Innovation supports and facilitates the capitalization of technology companies.
The CDTI Innovation also facilitates the internationalization of business projects of r & D and innovation of spanish companies and entities and manages the participation of spanish companies in international r & D, Horizon and Eureka, Europe and in industries of science and space.
The centre for technological development and innovation, E.P.E. (CDTI) is a public entity under the ministry of Science and innovation.
