The subprogramme Interempresas international And Plan,the order of foundation was published in the BOE of 13 june 2009 and the call on 29 july 2009, is included in the national programme for the internationalization of r & D and is geared primarily to promote the participation of spanish companies in international cooperation programmes in the area of r & D, Eureka, Iberoeka, international and bilateral programmes of r & D and other major european initiatives related to the framework programme for the european Union (Eurostars, JTI, Eranets + and other initiatives under articles 169 and 171 of the ec treaty).

This first edition has a budget lineeur 10 millionto finance projects that are carried out during the period2009-2012.

Be the subject of assistance in the form of subsidy for the following actions associated with international programmes of r & D:

• a) follow-up Actions for the promotion of international cooperation of business
  1. 1º- the definition phase and preparation of proposals of corporate entities for submission to the international initiatives and programmes of r & D as applied research projects and/or development or experimental EUREKA IBEROEKA or bilateral programmes of institutionalized CDTI with agencies of other countries.
  2. 2 ° The promotion and/or dissemination through conferences, seminars or other actions, of the international agenda EUREKA, IBEROEKA, Bilateral Programmes of institutionalized CDTI with agencies of other countries or international initiatives related r & D framework programme of the european union and its activities, of the results of r & D projects carried out in the international level, as well as instruments of public policies of promotion of such programmes and international initiatives of r & D.
• (b) Eurostars Projects: applied research projects or development pilot projectsubmitted by the international programme EUROSTARS in the first and second date of court (8 february and 21 november 2008)and evaluated positively above the note by the international panel of experts constituted for that purpose, located within the ordered list established by this panel and with state and/or closed in the other members of the relevant international consortia. It will finance the spanish participation in these projects.

Eligible for grantsenterprises and economic interest Groupings (IEA)Equally,.sectoral business associationsnon-profit organization may participate in actions complementary to the promotion and dissemination.

The projects, which must be after the date of submission, may develop on aindividually or in cooperation, in which case a contract, agreement or cooperation agreement between all entities involved. The duration may beannual and multiannual or activities should begin in 2009.

Aid should not be compatible with other deriving from the convening of the national Plan of scientific research, development and technology innovation 2008-2011.
