Space Technology Programme (PTE) is part of the transfer and Cooperation of the state Plan of scientific and technical research and Innovation (2024-2027).

Apoyo a proyectos de I+D del "Programa Tecnológico Espacial" (PTE), vinculado al PERTE Aeroespacial.
Aid will be subject to the r & D projects undertaken in collaboration between companies, with participation of relevant research and dissemination of knowledge in qualitative and quantitative terms by outsourcing their activities.
Projects should fall into one of the following thematic areas:
- New Space: satellite constellations
- Space technology maturation bottom-up
Clusters into two categories:
- PTE Large Companies: grouping composed of between 2 and 6 partners, including at least one has to be smes, and led by a large or medium-sized company. At least two of the companies should be autonomous.
- PTE Smes: grouping composed of between 2 and 6 partners who may be large companies, medium-sized or small. However, the grouping should lead a small or medium-sized enterprise (not micro-enterprise). At least two of the companies should be autonomous.
The groups will not have legal personality, hence one of the participants will act as coordinator or representative.
Before the formulation of the request, the members of the grouping should enter into an agreement to regulate their internal functioning.

This budget will be reserved 40.000.000 euros for the theme "maturation of space technology bottom-up", and these, 16,000,000 euros will be reserved for aggregations PTE Smes.
If the budget could not be exhausted, the remainder would be used to finance projects of the issue of New Space ": satellite constellations initial, whose budget is eur 30 million.
The grants are funded from within the budgetary implementation 28.50.46QI.74914 the overall budgets of the State of 2023.
Subvención up to the limits of maximum intensity: 65 per cent large company, 75 per cent medium-sized enterprises and 80 per cent.
The intensity of aid must be determined for each beneficiary (even in the case of projects in cooperation). The threshold of intensity of aid be measured by the weight of each type of activity (industrial research or experimental development).
Proyectos developed in any spanish NATIONAL:
PTE Large Companies:
- Eligible budget 5,000,000 euros minimum and maximum of eur 25,000,000.
- Eligible minimum budget of €500,000 to large companies and 175,000 euros for the rest.
- Duration: projects should expire on 31 december 2026.
PTE Smes:
- Eligible budget of €1 million minimum and maximum of eur 4 million.
- Eligible minimum budget of €500,000 to large companies and 175,000 euros for the rest.
- Duration: projects should expire on 31 december 2026.
Balanced distribution of the budget over the duration of the project.
No independent of the groupement, or group of companies linked to or associated exceed 65 per cent of eligible project budget. In the specific case of PTE Smes, large companies participants may not exceed 35 per cent of eligible project budget.
Subcontracting: projects should have a relevant participation investigative agencies. In this regard, the bridge in Large Companies at least 15% of eligible budget are subcontracts these entities; in the case of this amount PTE Smes at 10 per cent.
These are included in the proceedings and investments covered by the National Plan for recovery, transformation and Resilience, which will receive financing from the funds "Next Generation EU", including the mechanism for the recovery and resilience of the european Union.

- Consultancy costs for support in coordinating efforts of the representative of the groupement, with a maximum of 15,000 euros per year.
- Overhead and other additional operating costs resulting directly from the project.
- Expenditure of the report of an auditor inscribed on the ROAC, of up to 2,500 per beneficiary.
Indirect costs: Costes is calculated by applying a figure of 20% on total direct costs in question.
Subcontracting: you can reach up to a maximum of 50 per cent of eligible budget of each beneficiary.
When the amount of eligible expenditure exceeds the levels set for the child in the contract law 9/2017, of 8 november, on public Sector contracts, the beneficiary must seek at least three different suppliers offers before recruitment.
The constituent entities of the grouping may not be subcontracted including proceedings subject to aid.
In case of subcontracting was carried out with entities with links to the recipient must be the CDTI prior authorization.
Participants will respond to potential obligations of compensation for activities that have been undertaken to make. In case of breach of that obligation, all members of the grouping and severally liable.

To a request is eligible for a final note equal to or exceeding 50 points.
In the case of a tie the matter shall be settled in favour of the request to greater appreciation of the criterion 2. If there were the candidates, to be decided in favour of the request to obtain greater appreciation of the criteria 1,3,4 and 5 in that order. If a tie persists, it would seek to favour with the highest percentage of women participating in the development of the project.
