In june Innvierte spent nearly 6 million euros to five new coinversiones in risk capital

INNVIERTE

The CDTI Innovation, sponsor and sole shareholder of society Innvierte, has closed 5 operations for the month of june, in the amount of €5.676.000, in particular:

  • GENERAL EQUIPMENT FOR MEDICAL IMAGING, S.A. (ONCOVISION)develops and promotes innovative diagnostic image for the detection and treatment of cancer and various neurological conditions. The follow-up investment is done with ACE 53, S.L.U. and commitment of CDTI Innovation is eur 360 000.
  • MEDLUMICS, S.L.develops a catheter cardiac ablation radiofrequency and Pulsed Field Ablation which enables the follow-up to the treatment of atrial fibrillation in real time using a system of guided with optical image. The follow-up investment is done with CRITERIA BIO VENTURES SICC, S.A., SABADELL ASABYS HEALTH INNOVATION INVESTMENTS, S.C.R., S.A. and ASABYS TOP UP FUND. F.C.R., S.A. and the commitment of the CDTI Innovation is 926.000 euros.
  • SHAKERS GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, S.L. (SHAKERS)develops a platform of recruitment of Last generation. Your product help companies create freelance teams in minutes thanks to the development of the algorithm engine match (matcheo) based on artificial intelligence. The investment of follow-up is carried out together with MONDRAGÓN PROMOTION FUND, RCF and the commitment of the CDTI Innovation is 359 euros.
  • UNIVERSAL DIAGNOSTICS, S.A.develops a technology platform for the detection of cancer in blood. The additional commitment of CDTI Innovation is carried out together with Universal Dx S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF and is 3.070.000 euros.

In addition, in line with strategic enterprises, the CDTI innovation has made an additional commitment of €961.000 companyPAYLOAD AEROSPACE, S.L.technologies developed for the launch of small satellites.

Since january 2024 the CDTI Innovation through Innvierte has closed operations, joint investment in 27 companies with a commitment from 29.1 million euros.

Innvierte

Innvierte is an initiative aimed at promoting the entrepreneurial innovation through support to the risk capital investment in technology-based enterprises or innovative programme. This is done through the collective investment type closed Innvierte Sustainable Economy SICC S.M.E., S.A., self-managed and under the supervision of the national Values and that the CDTI Innovation, the agency for financing innovation of the ministry of science, innovation and universities, is a shareholder Only.

To date, the CDTI Innovation, through Innvierte, has committed over 792 M €in 28 investment vehicles that have invested in more than 250 businesses, and through its joint investment line directly committed an amount of more than 470 M €in 151 companies.

Innvierte is part of the strategy for science, technology and innovation 2021-2027, adopted by decision of the council of ministers, in september. This 2020 Strategy contains goals, the reforms and measures to be taken throughout the area of r + D + i in order to boost their growth and impact, and is one of the pillars on which the design of the government's policy in r + D + i for the coming years.
