On 24 march 2005 was published in the beijing platform for Recruitment of the public Sector (PLACSP), the resolution of the convening of the preparatory consultation of the market (CPM) to determine the level of development of innovative technologies to counteract coastal erosion in the beaches
Object and this official announcement
The objective of this Preparatory Consultation of market is to gather information on the level of development of technologies in this area. In addition, this will enable the development of future bidding for R & D services and promote the participation of economic operators active in the marketplace to present innovative proposals designed to provide answers for the technological challenge raised.

Those entities intertesadas in participating in this Preliminary Consultation must fill in the Annex II is included in the Resolution, the deadline stipulated in the same.
Submission of tenders
The deadline for submission of tenders will remain open until23 may 2025.
This initiative is co-financed by the european Regional development fund (ERDF) in operational program 2021-2027 Plurirregional of Spain

On 2 april, the CDTI Innovation held a day to present this institutional Preliminary Consultation. During the same will explain the initiative of Pre-Commercial Public Purchase that leads the CDTI Innovation as well as the process we are going to follow.
The objective of this Pre-Commercial Public Procurement is to gather information of market operators in innovative technologies to counteract coastal erosion in the beaches and be able to properly define the future potential for pre-commercial public purchase, as well as to properly inform economic operators in the plans of the contracting authority and requirements in the future potential for commercial public purchasing.
