The present work reflects the main empirical and theoretical approaches that have arisen over the years on international technology cooperation and that have considered at the company as a protagonist of these processes. It proposes a dual approach and complementary nature, from the perspective of enterprise internationalization, on the one hand, and since the flow of technology cooperation, on the other.
