The CDTI Innovation invests, together with RELATED GED VENTURES F.C.R., IENAI SPACE S.L., company that develops electric propulsion systems for space missions and software tools to simulate and plan for satellite manoeuvres
The CDTI innovation, through its programme Innvierte, together with RELATED GED F.C.R. VENTURES, has reached an agreement with the partners of IENAI SPACE S.L., to enter the capital of the company.
IENAIit is a company that develops electric propulsion systems for space missions and software tools to simulate and plan for space missions and the exercise of the satellite.
Its main product, the electric propulsion system ATHENA, uses a unique technology ’ electrospray ’, offering high efficiency and customise options for the customer. It Also developed the software 360 to design analysis and optimization of missions, to facilitate the selection and planning of operations of propulsion systems.
ATHENA has exceeded critical evidence and is expected its commercial availability at the beginning of 2025. IENAI SPACE focuses in applications such as maintenance and changes of Orbits, and avoiding collisions, seeking to improve the performance of small satellites and the future sustainability of the space environment.
