In february Innvierte spent nearly €8 million to six new coinversiones in risk capital

The CDTI Innovation, sponsor and sole shareholder of society, has closed Innvierte 6 operations during last february, in the amount of €7.721.000, in particular:

• BARCELONA THREE DIMENSIONAL PRINTERS, S.L. (BCN3D)manufactures 3D desktop printers with technology FFF (manufacture of melted filaments). The follow-up investment is done with SOUL MUNDI FUND II, FCRE MONDRAGÓN and RCF PROMOTION FUND and the input of CDTI Innovation is of 315,000 euros.
• BEGAS MOTOR, S.L.designs and manufactures heavy vehicle engines powered by autogás. The follow-up investment is done with EASO VENTURES II SCR SA, EKARPEN PRIVATE EQUITY, S.A. and REPSOL ENERGY VENTURES, S.A. and the input of Innovation is of CDTI 999.000 euros.
• CANDAM TECHNOLOGIES, S.L.designs and distributes proprietary tools of hardware and software for rewards, deposit systems and generation, in the management of waste. The investment is done with ENION I ENERGY FUND, FCRE, ENION I ENERGY, F.C.R.E., S.A. and KIC INNOENERGY S. and the input of CDTI Innovation is eur 180,000.
• LUDA CREATE, S.L.U. has developed a solution that connects the network of pharmacies and laboratories with the ecosystem of distribution of last mile, allowing customers receive in minutes the products they need the pharmacy nearest stock investment is done with MOIRA CAPITAL FCRE PHI, DEVELOPMENT, S.A. and the input of Innovation is of CDTI 4.737.000 euros.
• MEDLUMICS, S.L. develops a catheter cardiac ablation radiofrequency and Pulsed Field Ablation which enables the follow-up to the treatment of atrial fibrillation in real time using a system of optical image guided investment is done with SABADELL ASABYS HEALTH INNOVATION INVESTMENTS, S.C.R., S.A. and ASABYS TOP UP FUND. F.C.R., S.A. and the input of Innovation is of CDTI 990,000 euros.
• ONCOSTELLAE, S.L.develops medicines for treatment of diseases with unmet medical needs such as cancer and inflammatory diseases of the intestinal tract gastro. Investment is done with BIO & TECH SMART FCRE CAPITAL and the input of CDTI Innovation is 500,000 euros.

Since january 2024 the CDTI Innovation through Innvierte has closed operations, joint investment in nine companies with a contribution of $8.7 million euros.

Innvierte

Innvierte is an initiative aimed at promoting the entrepreneurial innovation through support to the risk capital investment in technology-based enterprises or innovative programme. This is done through the collective investment type closed Innvierte Sustainable Economy SICC S.M.E., S.A., self-managed and under the supervision of the national Values and that the CDTI Innovation is a shareholder Only.

To date, the CDTI Innovation, through Innvierte, has committed over 384 M €in 20 investment vehicles that have invested in more than 250 businesses, and through its joint investment line directly committed an amount of more than 342 M €in at least 135 companies.

Innvierte fits into the strategy for science, technology and innovation 2021-2027, adopted by decision of the council of ministers, in september. This 2020 Strategy contains goals, the reforms and measures to be taken throughout the area of r + D + i in order to boost their growth and impact, and is one of the pillars on which the design of the government's policy in r + D + i for the coming years.

CDTI Innovation

The CDTI Innovation is the agency for financing innovation of the ministry of science, innovation and universities that promotes innovation and technological development of spanish companies, channeling requests for funding and support for r & D & I projects of spanish entities at the state and international levels. We Contribute to the improvement of the technological level of spanish companies and drive and, with an international network with coverage of 51 countries support the spanish participation in international programmes for technology cooperation and the international transfer of technology.
