Innvierte spent in the past two months eur 8.6 million to five new coinversiones in risk capital

These operations, undertaken in technology-based enterprises or innovative, are aimed at various developments: the production of chemical compounds based on the dispersion of nanoparticles dry for various uses, the development of a platform with AI software to build high-performance, the production of lithium batteries for the introduction of electric transportation massive amongst other uses, the development of a platform for automating the anonimización of sensitive personal data and the establishment of another specialized technological platform in the assessment of talent, based on assessments of their hard and soft skills, applying artificial intelligence.

INNVIERTE

The CDTI Innovation, sponsor and sole shareholder of society Innvierte, has closed 5 operations during the past few months of march and april, in the amount of €8.635.000, in particular:

  • ADVANCED DISPERSED PARTICLES, S.L.results-based chemical compounds in the dispersion of nanoparticles dry for use in cosmetics (sun filters), catalysts, coatings, permanent magnets and polymers. follow-up Investment is done with BEABLE INNVIERTE KETS FUND RCF and the input of Innovation is of CDTI 338,000 euros
  • APPENTRA SOLUTIONS, S.L.develops CODEE, a platform led by the ai enhancement and modernization of the code Fortran, C and C + +. This innovative feature allows developers to construct high-performance software, modern and quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards. The investment is done with SWANLAAB TECH FUND II F.C.R. and UNIRISCO GALICIA SCR, S.A. and the input of Innovation is of CDTI 1.238.000 euros.
  • BASQUEVOLT, S.A.develops lithium batteries in solid state, with the aim of making possible the massive deployment of the electric transport, storage of stationary energy and advanced portable devices. Investment is done with KIC INNOENERGY S. and the input of CDTI is 1.575.000 euros.
  • NYMIZ SOFTWARE COMPANY, S.L.has developed a platform for automating the anonimización of sensitive personal data, focusing on the compliance, security and data analysis. The investment is done with SWANLAAB TECH FUND II F.C.R. and the input of Innovation is of CDTI 747.000 euros.
  • THE WISE SEEKER, S.L.has developed a technological platform specialising in the evaluation of the talent that facilitates, in real time and automatically, objective information and without bias on the professional, based on assessments of their hard and soft skills, applying artificial intelligence. Investment is done with Moira Capital FCRE JI, Development, S.A. and the input of Innovation is of CDTI 4.737.000 euros.

Since january 2024 the CDTI Innovation through Innvierte, has closed operations in 15 joint investment companies with a contribution of eur 17.3 million.


Innvierte

Innvierte is an initiative aimed at promoting the entrepreneurial innovation through support to the risk capital investment in technology-based enterprises or innovative programme. This is done through the collective investment type closed Innvierte Sustainable Economy SICC S.M.E., S.A., self-managed and under the supervision of the national Values and that the CDTI Innovation is a shareholder Only.

To date, the CDTI Innovation, through Innvierte, has committed over 384 M €in 20 investment vehicles that have invested in more than 250 businesses, and through its joint investment line directly committed an amount of more than 431 M €in at least 144 companies.

Innvierte fits into the strategy for science, technology and innovation 2021-2027, adopted by decision of the council of ministers, in september. This 2020 Strategy contains goals, the reforms and measures to be taken throughout the area of r + D + i in order to boost their growth and impact, and is one of the pillars on which the design of the government's policy in r + D + i for the coming years.

CDTI Innovation

The CDTI innovation is the public funding of innovation of the ministry of science, innovation and universities that promotes innovation and technological development of spanish companies, channeling requests for funding and support for r & D & I projects of spanish entities at the state and international levels.
