In may Innvierte allocated 6 million euros to eight new coinversiones in risk capital

The CDTI Innovation, sponsor and sole shareholder of society, has closed Innvierte 8 operations during the month of may, in the amount of €6.108.000, in particular:

• BIOINTAXIS, S.L., aims to develop, assess and record the patients first effective gene therapy to prevent and reverse the neurological effects and heart of the rare disease ataxia of Friedreich. To date have been successfully overcome evidence pre-clínicas carried out in mice and non-human primates. Investment is done with NARA HEALTH CAPITAL I, F.C.R. and the input of CDTI Innovation is 450,000 euros.
• DENEB MEDICAL, S.L.developing a robotic platform surgical surgeries for spinal column. The follow-up investment is done with EASO VENTURES II SCR S.A. and the input of CDTI Innovation is eur 180,000.
• HYDROMETEOROLOGICAL INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS, S.L.it has developed products of high quality hydrometeorological, providing information services of high added value and implement specific solutions in any sector of activity that might be affected by adverse hydro-meteorological conditions. The investment is done with AGBAR, S.L.U. and the input of CDTI Innovation is 500,000 euros.
• IENAI SPACE, S.L., develops electric propulsion systems for space missions and software tools for planning the exercise of the satellite. Investment is done with RELATED GED F.C.R. VENTURES and the input of CDTI Innovation is 1.35 million euros.
• KNOWLEDGE DEVELOPMENT FOR BLACK OPTICAL COMMUNICATIONS, S.L. (KDROC)electronic components, manufactures and integrated circuits for plastic Fibre-Optic (POF) of very high speed (multigigabit, from 5 to 50 GBps) for use in telecommunications systems (in automotive and industry). The follow-up investment is done with BULLNET CAPITAL III SCR Smes, S.A. and CRITERIA VENTURE TECH S.I.C.C. S.A. and the input of CDTI Innovation is €900,000.
• SMART SOLUTIONS TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. (NUUBO)designs and manufactures wireless medical devices for monitoring and analysis of the heart rate for the prevention, diagnosis and rehabilitation of cardiac abnormalities. The follow-up investment is done with NUUBO FCRE INVESTMENTS and the input of Innovation is of CDTI 721.000 euros.
• SOLATOM CSP, S.L., develops and markets to generate solar boiler high temperature steam for industrial applications. The investment is done with ENAGÁS UNDERTAKES, S.L., ENION I ENERGY FUND, F.C.R.E., ENION I ENERGY, F.C.R.E., S.A. and PROJECTING And MARKETING, S.A. (GDES) and the input of Innovation is of CDTI 1.107.000 euros.
• VOOVIO TECHNOLOGIES, S.L.it has developed a software immersive 3D worlds addressed to the process industry that allows navigation by the facilities and equipment, and superimposed images relevant information the operators need to understand, practise and execute complex procedures. The follow-up investment is done with Moira Capital Development MU, SICC, S.A. and the input of CDTI Innovation is €900,000.

Since january 2024 the CDTI Innovation through Innvierte has joint investment operations in 22 companies with a contribution of $23.3 million euros.

Innvierte

Innvierte is an initiative aimed at promoting the entrepreneurial innovation through support to the risk capital investment in technology-based enterprises or innovative programme. This is done through the collective investment type closed Innvierte Sustainable Economy SICC S.M.E., S.A., self-managed and under the supervision of the national Values and that the CDTI Innovation is a shareholder Only.

To date, the CDTI Innovation, through Innvierte, has committed over 384 M €in 20 investment vehicles that have invested in more than 250 businesses, and through its joint investment line directly committed an amount of more than 439 M €in at least 144 companies.

Innvierte fits into the strategy for science, technology and innovation 2021-2027, adopted by decision of the council of ministers, in september. This 2020 Strategy contains goals, the reforms and measures to be taken throughout the area of r + D + i in order to boost their growth and impact, and is one of the pillars on which the design of the government's policy in r + D + i for the coming years.

CDTI Innovation

The CDTI innovation is the public funding of innovation of the ministry of science, innovation and universities that promotes innovation and technological development of spanish companies, channeling requests for funding and support for r & D & I projects of spanish entities at the state and international levels. We Contribute to the improvement of the technological level of spanish companies and drive and, with an international network with coverage of 51 countries support the spanish participation in international programmes for technology cooperation and the international transfer of technology. The CDTI also supports the creation and consolidation of technology-based enterprises in Spain.
