In november Innvierte allocates more than 15 million euros to seven new coinversiones in risk capital

The CDTI Innovation, sponsor and sole shareholder of society, has closed Innvierte 7 operations during the last november, amounting to €15.125.000, in particular:

• 2 EYES VISION S.L.develop and market technologies to diagnose and correct vision. The follow-up investment is done with BULLNET CAPITAL III, SCR Smes, S.A. and the input of CDTI Innovation is €900,000.
• BLUE-BOOST, S.L. (LATENCY)develops a platform for pursuit of investment opportunities in companies with high growth potential and accurate information based on Artificial intelligence. Investment is done with GLOBAL VALECTRA SCR, STORNOWAY INVESTMENTS SL and EURO PARK SL and the input of CDTI Innovation is 1.8 million euros.
• EZZING RENEWABLE ENERGIES, S.L.has created an online platform to manage the entire value chain of energy generation photovoltaic (solar panels on roofs), which includes a set of features that make it possible to gain an efficient design at technical and performance of this type of facilities. The investment is done with REPSOL ENERGY VENTURES, S.A. and the input of CDTI Innovation is 450,000 euros.
• FYLA LASER, S.L.develops lasers ultra fast optical fiber unique features form factor, pulse width, spectral width, stability, power and energy. The follow-up investment is done with BULLNET CAPITAL III, SCR-PYME, S.A. and the input of CDTI Innovation is €900,000.
• MAINRAIL, S.L.it provides a platform for integrated management software maintenance, predictive both remedy, railway infrastructures. follow-up Investment is done with an I + D + i TECH TRANSFER F.C.R. and TECH TRANSFER F.C.R. NAVARRE and the input of CDTI Innovation is 270,000 euros.
• SHERPA EUROPE S.L., a company specialized in artificial intelligence, develops a learning platform Province. The follow-up investment is done with EKARPEN PRIVATE EQUITY, S.A. and ALMA MUNDI INNVIERTE F.C.R.E. FUND, and the input of CDTI 405,000 is Innovation.

In addition, in line with strategic enterprises, the CDTI innovation has made a contribution from 10.4 M €in the companyPAYLOAD AEROSPACE, S.L.technologies developed for the launch of small satellites.

Since january 2023 the CDTI Innovation through Innvierte has closed operations, joint investment in 48 enterprises providing 71,37 million euros.

Innvierte

Innvierte is an initiative aimed at promoting the entrepreneurial innovation through support to the risk capital investment in technology-based enterprises or innovative programme. This is done through the collective investment type closed Innvierte Sustainable Economy SICC S.M.E., S.A., self-managed and under the supervision of the national Values and that the CDTI Innovation is a shareholder Only.

To date, the CDTI Innovation, through Innvierte, has committed more than 390 M €in 20 investment vehicles that have invested in more than 240 companies, and through its joint investment line directly committed an amount of more than 338 M €in at least 135 companies.

Innvierte is part of the strategy for science, technology and innovation 2021-2027, adopted by decision of the council of ministers, in september. This 2020 Strategy contains goals, the reforms and measures to be taken throughout the area of r + D + i in order to boost their growth and impact, and is one of the pillars on which the design of the government's policy in r + D + i for the coming years.
