Procedure for granting aid directly to the convening KSSP 2024.

The aid under this procedure funded r & D projects previously approved in the international call competitive Korea Spain Strategic Programme (KSSP) 2024.

Spanish companies that develop the r & D projects approved in the convening of reference, and should be given the international certificate (Approval Letter).

Will be held on 4 july 2024 and end on 24 july 2024, 12:00 hours (peninsular time). Application individually and separately for each beneficiary form duly completed and submitted in advanceelectronicthe CDTI.

The maximum amount of aid is determined by the eligible cost real project, the characteristics of the beneficiary and the availability of budgetary matters, while respecting the limits of maximum intensities.

· The activities that are the subject of assistance shall be those of industrial research and/or development pilot project, according to definition of the general regulations for exemption by category.

· The bankable projects shall be individual. If in the international project, with the participation of more than a spanish entity that meets the requirements to be the beneficiary of this aid, each of them will submit a request for financing individually and separately.

· The projects will be annual or multi-year performance, provided that part of the project be carried out in the year 2024; in any event, it should seek assistance to the year 2024. The duration of projects will be of 36 months maximum.

The financing of the aid given will be carried out under the CDTI's heritage.

· Travel expenditure, with a limit of 8,000 euros per project.

· Costs of the report of the auditor, with a limit of 2,000 per beneficiary and annuity.

· Indirect costs: 20% of total direct costs.

· The perception of aid will be compatible with the receipt of any other help for the same purpose, from any Government or public or private bodies with nationals except they exceed the maximum aid intensities applicable.

· The perception of aid is incompatible with any other emergency assistance for the same purpose from funds from the european union, in particular with the support of the framework programme for research and innovation (Horizon 2020 2014-2020 period, and Europe, Horizon 2021-2027 period), of the structural funds and investment and funding from the European recovery Mechanism and resilience.

· The amount of subsidies in no case may be that amount, in isolation or concurrently with other subsidies, subsidies, income or resources, exceeds the cost of the activity subsidized.

· Companies cannot have debts for recovery of loans or subsidies with the administration and cannot be subject to a recovery order pending the european commission.

· Companies cannot be in crisis.

· Only considered those requests submitted made in good time to include both the application form as the report of the project, whose absence or lack of content determine the inadmissibility of the request.

· All documentation contribution should be submitted in spanish.

The aid of this resolution shall, as well as by the provisions of the same and in the respective resolution of concession, by the existing rules are applied.
