• Second call 2023, whose deadline for submission of requests was completed on 7 june 2023.
• Third convening of 2023, whose deadline for submission of requests was completed on 4 october 2023, extended to 8 november 2023.
• First call for 2024, whose deadline for submission of requests finalized on 13 march 2024.
• Second call 2024, whose deadline for submission of requests was completed on 3 october 2024.

Support for r & D projects made by smes, who have obtained a seal of excellence in the convening of an accelerator instrument EIC to:

• Allow the beneficiary enterprises the validation of its relevant environments.
• Fine-tune the business model.
• Strengthen the structure for a subsequent escalated.

SMES, which shall:

• Validly be created at the time the application of aid to this call.
• There should be tax residency in spanish territory.
• Having obtained the seal of excellence in any of the three calls 2023 and first or second calls of the year 2024 instrument "" Accelerator of the european council of innovation included in the programme of work of the EIC to 2023 and 2024.

The amount of aid is determined by the eligible cost right of the project and the budgetary availability. Will be 70% of the budget be financed.

The maximum amount of aid cannot exceed 2.5 million per beneficiary and by project.

The activities in question of the r & D project under the aid will be those identified as eligible expenditure under the program rules Horizon europe, excluding that go beyond the pilot development.

Eligible activities in the convening of the accelerator are r & D activities (TRL level 5-8) and deployment (TRL level 9). Since the latter fall beyond the scope of the definition of development pilot project, will not be the subject of financing this year.

Projects may be eligible for a multi-annual duration or. The starting date of the project may not be prior to 1 january 2025. In any event, it should seek assistance to the year 2025. The deadline for completion of the projects will be on 31 december 2028, including possible extensions. The purpose of this aid is to foster the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurial investment in r + D + i, as added value and as a tool for increasing productivity in those spanish companies recognized as excellent in the instrument EIC Accelerator.

Qualified costs are considered the following:

• Costs of equipment, equipment and material, as and during the period in which they are used for the project.
• Staff costs.

• Other operating expenses: costs of additional travel costs, acquisition of intangible assets, costs of the request of industrial and intellectual property rights, publication and dissemination of results, and expenditure arising from the report of the auditor (with a ceiling of 3,000 euros per year).
• Indirect costs, calculated as a fixed percentage of the 25% on direct costs of the project (excluding technical win).

The aggregate budget of the project can not exceed the total amount in the project as presented in the invitation to the EIC accelerator.
