On 23 november 2020 was published in the official journal of the european union (DOUE) thepublic procurement bidding commercial for the development of intelligent computing solutions distributed.This initiative is based on projects developed so far in cities and campus into intelligent (Smart) and aims to foster the integration of intelligence solutions at different levels, both at the level of network as intermediate node, and in the interconnections between subsystems that can be provided with a distributed and coordinated management of information processing, and, therefore, decision-making.

Tenders distributed intelligent computing
On 1 december 2020, a day of submission of bids:
- Submission of the main features.
- Submission of the main technical characteristics.
- Linkvideo of the day.
The public act of opening of tenders economic took place on 9 february 2021. The Contracting authority awarded contracts on 9 march 2021.
Milestones
Phase I started by the following companies:
- NEC IBÉRICA SL.Amount: 15,000 €+ vat. Duration: abril-junio 2021
- BOSONIT.Amount: 15,000 €+ vat. Duration: abril-junio 2021
Completed phase I, according to the implementation timetable, the corresponding certificates and the resolution phase change contracting companies. The phase II are:
- NEC IBÉRICA SL.Amount: 1.8 million €+ vat. Duration: june 2021-septiembre 2022
- BOSONIT1,600,000. Amount €+ vat. Duration: june 2021-septiembre 2022
Completed phase II, according to the implementation timetable, the corresponding certificates and the resolution phase change contracting enterprises of phase III are:
- NEC IBÉRICA SL. Amount: 1,120,000 €+ vat. Duration: september 2022-marzo 2023
- BOSONIT.Amount: 935.000 €+ vat. Duration: september 2022-marzo 2023
The implementation of the contract was completed in march 2023, under established deadlines in the contract conditions.
