ICC Mailbox ideas
OBJECTIVE
The mailbox is addressed toSpanish Public Entitiesthat may sue innovative technological solutions, to be a repository of proposals that could result in futureThey Purchase (CPPs)the centre for technological development and innovation (CDTI).
A través de estas CPPs, el CDTI adquiere servicios de I+D que puedan resultar enprototype first products or servicesin the form of test series.

ELIGIBILITY
The minimum requirements to be met by an idea to be included in the mailbox repository and, therefore, be subject to a detailed study and a potential future bidding exercise by the CDTI, are as follows:
- Should be sent via aSpanish Public entitythat is part of overall state administration (law 40/2015) or a local government or autonomy of any of the autonomous communities.
- Not to be accepted ideas put forward by any economic operator (companies, technological centres, etc …). If any company or the provider of services of R & D any technological solution that can satisfy any public need, they should contact the Public Administration that may be interested and be The Latter the you send your proposal/idea of need.
- The Public Agency proponent, using the technology that potentially the CDTI would acquire, must commit itself decisively with the development of all stages of Pre-Commercial Public Purchase: consultation on the market, bidding, bid evaluation, certification, transfer of the prototype, etc. In any case, the Public Entity should have adequate technical resources, human, material and financial resources for the necessary support to the CDTI during all stages.
- The public need mustidentified and justifiedproperly.
- The technology that could meet the need to be found proposal at a level of maturity(TRL) between 4 and 6to use the CCP can develop TRL up between 6 and 7, a sufficient level to the Public Administration to validate their use in a real, but remain in a commercial phase. The Administration should provide a knowledge of the provisions concerning the degree of innovation and the level of maturity in the initiative proposed in the current state-of-the-art technologies that require to develop and/or integrate compared to what is already available in the market.
- Theservices of r & Dthat must hire,at least 50% of the total amountthat is considered should be bid to meet the public need proposal.
- The estimated budget of the operation that would include the design, development and validation pre-operacional prototypeit should not be less than eur 2 million,time period of up to 6 years.
- With regard to the ERDF fund, the prototype should be used exclusively for technological validation, for at least 5 years, without recepcionado be used for its exploitation or for commercial purposes.
- There must be of sufficient national economic fabric in order to develop technological solution which satisfies the public need.
- Shall be considered Only those proposals that comply with the principle ofnot to cause significant harm the environmentorPrinciple DNSH(for its initials in english).
SELECTION CRITERIA
All the CDTI valued those ideas that CPPs eligible and to be selected will take into account:
- Degree ofinnovationthe technology proposed.
- Degree ofinterests and abilities of the public agencyuser.
- Socio-economic impactthat could lead to the receipt of the prototype for the Administration.
- Strategic scopenational
With regard to the degree of innovation, evaluators of CDTI technical expertise in the proposed remediation technologies assigned a score in this subparagraph.

The idea put forward will only be appreciated by the CDTI for potential CPP if it complies with all the eligibility requirements referred to in the preceding paragraph.
TIMING
The proposals may submit on an ongoing basis through the books will remain open indefinitely, until the CDTI deems necessary.
Court dates for the analysis of proposals will periodically report to the list of distribution of the purchase of innovation of CDTI. The proposals presented in a given date of court who have not been prioritized should not be re-submitting unless there was a substantial change.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If funds available for implementing CPPs (from the mechanism for the recovery and resilience or ERDF 2021-2027) and for a limited number of the same, the CDTI could launch processes of THE CCP, which always contact firstly with the public administration to expand on the proposal referred to the ERDF 2021-2027 round currently available funds in andalusia, the canaries, Castilla la Mancha, Extremadura, Ceuta and Melilla.
