In october Innvierte spent about eur 10 million to five new coinversiones in risk capital

The CDTI Innovation, sponsor and sole shareholder of society Innvierte, has closed 5 operations during the last october, in the amount of €9.872.000, in particular:

• ARRAYS FOR CELL NANODEVICES, S.L. (A4CELL)develops, manufactures and markets silicon microchips (SPAchip ®) funcionalizados with fluorescent molecules which, in contact with living cells, are internalized by themselves in the remaining citoplasma for long periods of time. The value proposition of A4cell is revolutionising biomedical research through cell analysis technologies leading to provide a comprehensive approach to understanding the complexities of disease and the discovery of drugs. The follow-up investment is done with BeAble Innvierte F.C.R. KETS Fund and the input of CDTI Innovation is of 334,000 young euros.

• NUUBO(SMART SOLUTIONS TECHNOLOGIES, S.L.)designs and manufactures wireless medical devices for monitoring and analysis of the heart rate for the prevention, diagnosis and rehabilitation of cardiac abnormalities. Investment is done with NUUBO FCRE INVESTMENTS and the input of CDTI Innovation is €603,000.

• UNIVERSAL DIAGNOSTICS, S.A.develops a technology platform for the detection of cancer in blood. Investment takes place with Universal Dx S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF and the input of Innovation is of CDTI 7.928.000 euros.

• ZINKLAR (CELL PHONE ACCESS, S.L.)develops a platform that automates and makes the investigation of the market in daily ‘ ” and a source of competitive advantage for businesses, to enable them to do much more research with the same investment and in less time. The follow-up investment is done with CRITERIA VENTURE TECH SICC, S.A., FULL GLOBAL INVESTMENTS S.C.R. S.A. and EASO VENTURES II, S.C.R., S.A. and the input of Innovation is of CDTI 747.000 euros.

• SHAKERS(SHAKERS GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, S.L.)develops a platform of recruitment of Last generation. Your product helps companies to build teams offreelancein minutes thanks to the development of the algorithm engine match (matcheo) based on artificial intelligence. The investment of follow-up is carried out together with MONDRAGÓN PROMOTION FUND, RCF and the input of CDTI Innovation is assessed.

Since january 2023 the CDTI Innovation through Innvierte has closed operations, joint investment in 44 companies with a contribution of 58.04 million euros.

Innvierte

Innvierte is an initiative aimed at promoting the entrepreneurial innovation through support to the risk capital investment in technology-based enterprises or innovative programme. This is done through the collective investment type closed Innvierte Sustainable Economy SICC S.M.E., S.A., self-managed and under the supervision of the national Values and that the CDTI Innovation is a shareholder Only.

To date, the CDTI Innovation, through Innvierte, has committed more than 390 M €in 20 investment vehicles that have invested in more than 240 companies, and through its joint investment line directly committed an amount of over 300 M €in more than 120 companies.

Innvierte fits into the strategy for science, technology and innovation 2021-2027, adopted by decision of the council of ministers, in september. This 2020 Strategy contains goals, the reforms and measures to be taken throughout the area of r + D + i in order to boost their growth and impact, and is one of the pillars on which the design of the government's policy in r + D + i for the coming years.

The centre for technological development and innovation, E.P.E. (CDTI), sponsor and sole shareholder of society Innvierte, is an entity under the ministry of Science and innovation.

CDTI Innovation

The CDTI innovation is the agency of the ministry of science and innovation that supports innovation based on knowledge, advice and providing public funding for innovation through subsidies or aid partly refundable for innovation and managing public procurement precommercial. Through the initiative Innvierte Sustainable Economy, in addition, the CDTI Innovation supports and facilitates the capitalization of technology companies.

The CDTI Innovation also facilitates the internationalization of business projects of r & D and innovation of spanish companies and entities and manages the participation of spanish companies in international r & D, Horizon and Eureka, Europe and in industries of science and space.
