The CDTI Innovation search a spanish company to work with Malaysia in the manufacture of generators elements through 3D printer
The Solar Energy Research Institute – Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (SERI-UKM) requested the collaboration of a spanish company that is interested in cooperating in the manufacture of generators elements (TEG) through 3D printing.
This new development manufacture elements enabling generators in dimensions customizable, without impeding their performance. The manufacture of TEG size proportional to the heat sources available with irregular surface and not tvs, limits the wide application of this type of generators owing to ineffective thermal contacts.
3D printer
3D output is a manufacturing technique that allows customization of the dimensions and expansion of the manufacturing process, which makes it an innovative strategy for the manufacture of generators elements.
This project aims to synthesize ink thermal nanoparticles (TE-NP) for 3D printing high-performance, shaping TEG conformables to improve contacts. The thermal TE-NP be synthesized by balls before mill blend into a unifying solution adequate for ink on the best mechanical properties for use in 3D printing.
4Th Called España-malasia
The proposal aims to be submitted to the4Th Called for bilateral projects España-malasia r & Din the framework of the Malaysian-Spanish Joint Programme for Technological Co-operation – MYSIP, which until18 january 2024.
