The CDTI Innovation search a spanish company to work with Malaysia in the development of a platform of genomic analysis
The CDTI Innovation echoed a new search for a spanish company requesting a research group of the university Putra Malaysia (UPM) to cooperate with the development of a platform of genomic analysis and a kit for the detection of pathogens MDR based on DNA
The project aims to develop, validate and examine the feasibility of a platform of genomic code analysis without high-performance for the traceability of pathogens multidrug-resistant using data from complete genome-sequencing.
Also develop and validate a detection kit that includes isolation simplified and purification of specific pathogens and detection based on dna or protein for a quick monitoring of pathogens multirresistentes (MDR).
Profile of the spanish company
It is important that the spanish company has the following characteristics:
- Have links with relevant industries the scope of food, hospitals and medical facilities, animal farms, etc. for the exchange of data of the genomic sequence and complete the validation of the beijing platform of genomic analysis.
- Is expert in genomics and molecular biology to validate the applicability of the rapid detection kit for the monitoring of pathogens MDR.
4Th Called España-malasia
The proposal aims to be submitted to the4Th Called España-malasiafor bilateral projects of r & D, within the framework of the Malaysian-Spanish Joint Programme for Technological Co-operation – MYSIP, which until18 january 2024.
