The CDTI Innovation, through its programme, together with Innvierte CUYAM, has reached an agreement with the partners of UMILES NEXT, S.L., to enter the capital of the company.
Crisalion Mobility(formerly known as UMILES Next) is the spanish company specialized in design and development of electric mobility solutions advanced, efficient, safe and sustainable development, both in air and on the ground.
Born in 2019, is a pioneer company in the double bet electromobility by air, land and with our own technology offers solutions aimed at national and international operators.
Crisalion Mobility is the architect of the first eVTOL (electrical vertical take-off landing) english and one of the first at european level to carry out real flight tests successfully. On the ground mobility in the first prototype of a centre for remote driving vehicles in Spain that will make evidence in real private environments in the near future.

Cuyam is a corporation ofValdemira group, Family Office of the family Banús. CDTI Innovation
The CDTI innovation is the agency of the ministry of science, innovation and universities that supports innovation based on knowledge, advice and providing public funding for innovation through subsidies or aid partly refundable for innovation and managing public procurement, pre-commercial.
Additionally, through the initiative Innvierte Sustainable Economy, supports and facilitates the capitalization of technology companies. To date, the CDTI, through Innvierte, has committed more than 390 M €in 20 investment vehicles that have invested in more than 240 companies, and through its joint investment line directly committed an amount of more than 338 M €in at least 135 companies.
The CDTI Innovation also facilitates the internationalization of business projects of r & D and innovation of spanish companies and entities and manages the participation of spanish companies in international r & D, Horizon and Eureka, Europe and in industries of science and space.
The centre for technological development and innovation, E.P.E. (CDTI) is a public entity under the ministry of Science, innovation and universities.
