On march 21, was published in the beijing platform for Recruitment of the public Sector (PLACSP), the resolution of the convening of the preparatory consultation of the market (CPM) to determine the level of development of advanced SPADs detectors for astronomical observation until 21 april 2025
Object and this official announcement
The objective of this Preparatory Consultation of market is to gather information on the level of development of technology in this field. In addition, this will enable the development of future bidding for R & D services and promote the participation of economic operators active in the marketplace to present innovative proposals designed to provide answers for the technological challenge raised.

The next days 28th of march and 7 april, the centre for technological development and innovation, E.P.E. (CDTI) and the state agency Consejo Superior de Investigaciones científicas (CSIC) organize, jointly, Institutional and a Day Technical Workshop to present this market Preliminary Consultation aimed at:
- Information of market operators in the design technologies and manufacturing of detectors SPADs in order to properly define the future potential of Public Procurement bidding Precommercial (CPP), and
- To inform economic operators in the plans of the contracting authority and requirements in the future potential auction of Cpc.
