The CDTI Innovation amends the system of electronic access to the request for assistance
From 15 april 2024, CDTI removes the access to electronic with a user name and password, which will be carried out exclusively by means of digital certificate
This review of procedures involves the introduction of new measures in the area of information security, including authentication mechanism by users outside the applications of CDTI. Therefore, from 15 april, the access to the application to the request for assistance in the electronic site will not allow the identification with a user name and password. This system will be replaced by a digital certificate by the representative of a legal person, by which aid applicant entities may enable additional access to allow other users can access or entities on their behalf to handle applications for assistance or justification of expenditure.
Additional users, which may be individuals or legal persons to which the applicant has previously enabled access, should have access to a valid digital certificate issued by one of the qualified providers of electronic services.
It is important to stress that, although the applicant entities may create additional users for information management of aid,the final shipment of the request, as well as other actions that require to be signed by the applicant, only will be able to manage and accessing digital certificate with the representative of a legal person.
Similarly, the system will allow for new users levels of permits or accesses, establishing the provision of aid to be accessed (presentation application or justification of expenditure) or limit which files you can access each user.
What additional users may use different types of digital certificates to which the entity may enable access:
- Certificate of Citizen:Issued to a particular and linked to their identity document, for example, electronic identity card, certificate of the national Currency Factory and Bell (ESTAMOS), etc.
- Corporate digital certificate or companyThese certificates: identifying the holder its affiliation to a particular organization, but he does not confer any power than is the normal performance of its activity. Does not reveal the existence of powers of attorney.
- Digital certificate of Representative: It is a certificate which attests that the identity of any person acting in representation of an entity with legal personality or without legal personality. Is issued to a person with powers of attorney of an entity.
The certificates are able to broadcast using materials:
- Software: Allows the installation in one or several computers
- Cryptographic card or other hardware device: Allows to store the certificate in a cryptographic card or other hardware device that should be entered in a device reader whenever required its use.
- Certificate in the cloud: Allows to store the certificate in a secure device (HSM) who is in the facilities of a service provider, and it will be accessible to a certificate from any location with Internet access.
In the medium term, has already been plans to include also other mechanisms of access, such as the system Cl@ve in other public administrations.
