The CDTI Innovation launches plan to improve conditions in aid financing partially refundable
The plan is intended to soften and facilitate access to financing by businesses in APR (Aid Partly Refundable) of the CDTI, through a considerable improvement in the general conditions of the advances, an expansion of the non-refundable and periods of write-off and greater gross grant equivalent under the new de minimis regulation
The CDTI Innovation, the agency for financing innovation of the ministry of science, innovation and universities, has just launched a plan to improve the general conditions for the financing of projects of corporate r & D by assistance partially refundable (Le), its mode of financing instruments based on long-term lending and fixed rate below market, which also include a carriage should not be returned and which is set out in the equivalent of a partial subsidies.
In connection with the advances to account, flexibility and improvement of conditions apply to Le for r & D projects, r & D Transfer Cervera, LIC (line of Innovation), LIF (FEMPA) and IDF (FEMP). The companies will have at your disposal a foretaste of up to 50 per cent (previously, 35 per cent) of the assistance requested, without additional guarantees, with a maximum of €300,000 (previously, 250,000 euro), may request up to 75% advance if you submit performance guarantees for the difference.
It is estimated that this measure may be of benefit to 500 projects annually and make disbursements anticipated increase in more than eur 35 million, to facilitate the implementation of innovative projects that supported the CDTI.
With regard to increasing the gross grant equivalent to the new regulation on de minimis, is amplified in the direct innovation (LIC and CAUSED LIC) in order to reach up to 300,000 euros, exceeding 100,000 euros in the previous limit (200,000 euros).
For its part, the non-refundable and periods of repayment of LIC instrument (line of innovation) are increased to 7 per cent in the financing CDTI (previously, 4 per cent) and 10 per cent in the ERDF funding (previously 7 per cent). The maturities this instrument also expanded in the two options available: 5 years (previously, 4) or 7 years (previously, 6).
The plan also envisages the creation of the new instrument, WHICH CAUSED LIC aerospace and cutting-edge Health under the de minimis regulation, with a partially refundable aid up to 85 per cent of eligible budget, with a non-refundable tranche of 15% compared to 75 per cent, fixed rate: Euribor + 0.75 per cent, a payback period of 10 years with one-year gap and flexible advances of up to 50 per cent of aid without additional guarantees or up to 90 per cent if there are guarantees for the difference.
