Countermeasures in case of non-compliancestated commitments

Users who consider that have not been honoured the commitments of quality declared, can address a written by email to the General secretariat of the CDTI (sg@cdti.es), unit responsible for the charter.

Upon default, the secretary-General of the CDTI shall inform the concerned of the reasons why the compromise could not be met, as well as the measures taken to remedy the shortcomings observed.
