Reporting ofcomplaints and suggestions

Users will be able to make their complaints and suggestions on the functioning of the CDTI.

In accordance with article 15 of the Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 july, which establishes the general framework for improving the quality in the General state administration (BOE-A-2007-12352), users will be able to make their complaints or suggestions in person, by postal mail, and by-line:https :// sede.cdti.gob.es/AreaPublica/register/Quejas.aspx.

Users will be able to make their complaints and suggestions on the functioning of the CDTI by submitting them through the following:

Face and postal: In the CDTI (Calle del Cid, 4 - 28001, Madrid);
